Yatoshi has a lifetime warranty guarantee for our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.

Shipping
We offer free 5-7 Day ground shipping on all orders within the Contiguous 48 U.S. States.
We ship items out as soon as possible. Orders placed before noon, will be processed the same business day that your payment is authorized and verified. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
We ship Standard to Hawaii , Alaska . P.O. Boxes, PR and APO Addresses
We Ship to the EU with DHL. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the Yatoshi Knives to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Yatoshi Knives may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
International orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days with DHL. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
Please note that you may be subject to tariffs and duties and are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

It would greatly depend on if the size of the PO Box can accommodate the package. PO box deliveries are shipped standard.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use (dropping, cutting hard surfaces, prying, etc.), improper maintenance, accidents, or loss or theft.

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. If you have any questions or concerns about Return Shipping, please contact our Customer Service here.

Yatoshi warrants to repair or replace any product manufactured by Yatoshi and purchased directly from Yatoshi or Yatoshi’s authorized retailers if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal non-professional use, and following instructions for care for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Products
While stainless steel knives boast strong corrosion resistance, it's crucial to understand they aren't completely resistant to stains or rust. Extended exposure to water can cause discoloration, and contact with salty substances can induce rusting. For optimal care, after washing the knife by hand with dish soap, dry it using a clean cloth. Additionally, after use, make sure to dry wooden handles to prevent potential cracking—this can result from the wood releasing moisture too quickly in drier environments. Regular maintenance like this can ensure the longevity of your kitchen knives, allowing them to serve you for a lifetime when taken care of properly.
Carbon Steel knives demand greater attention and upkeep compared to Stainless Steels. Avoid leaving them in damp environments or prolonged contact with water, as this can lead to discoloration and potential rusting. If rust spots appear, you can remove them using bunched-up aluminum foil or a gentle abrasive cleaner. Before storing your knife, apply a bit of mineral oil to the blade.
Clean with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or dishcloth to keep your pans looking fresh! Avoid the dishwasher as the detergent can damage the non-stick coating. Our cookware has a limited 1-year warranty covering any major damage to the body, handles, lids, or anything else that functionally impairs the cookware, other than discoloration or damage through wear & tear.
