Yes, If your order has not yet shipped and you want to make a change to your order, please contact us right away at support@yatoshiknives.com with your Order ID so that we can better assist you.

Yatoshi has a lifetime warranty guarantee for our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.

Shipping
We offer free 5-7 Day ground shipping on all orders within the Contiguous 48 U.S. States.
We ship items out as soon as possible. Orders placed before noon, will be processed the same business day that your payment is authorized and verified. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
We ship Standard to Hawaii , Alaska . P.O. Boxes, PR and APO Addresses
We Ship to the EU with DHL. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the Yatoshi Knives to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Yatoshi Knives may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
International orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days with DHL. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. Once the order has shipped, you will receive an additional e-mail with shipment notification and tracking information.
Please note that you may be subject to tariffs and duties and are responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties, charged by your government to the purchasing party for importing items. Unfortunately, we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

It would greatly depend on if the size of the PO Box can accommodate the package. PO box deliveries are shipped standard.

Yatoshi Knives has a lifetime warranty guarantee for our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use (dropping, cutting hard surfaces, prying, etc.), improper maintenance, accidents, or loss or theft.
If you ever have any issues with any Yatoshi products, simply send us a message with your Order ID along with any images of your concern and we will be pleased to assist you.
International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. If you have any questions or concerns about Return Shipping, please contact our Customer Service here.

Products
We use premium materials from different locations depending on the product. Our knives are painstakingly assembled by expert blade smiths in a state-of-the-art facility within YangJing, China (a city renowned for knife crafting for nearly 1500 years). Our Damascus Series specifically is crafted using imported Japanese VG-10 super steel. The blades are heat treated, cold-rolled and annealed to reveal the layered pattern. We are thus able to achieve exceptional quality but keep the costs of our knives lower for our customers. We offer unparalleled quality AND support at pure value pricing. If these were produced in Japan the costs would be significantly higher. Our Chinese factory proudly stands head and shoulders above all others in YiangJiang, as our artisans (and lead foreman specifically) are on a personal mission to prove to the world Chinese quality can be world-class.
