Keep your Yatoshi cutlery in prime condition with this easy-to-use handheld sharpener. Perfect for sharpening and honing all types of knives, it produces a cutting angle of approximately 15 degrees per side. Use the Coarse slot for dull blades, then hone to razor-sharpness with the Fine slot. To refresh an already sharp edge, just run the blade through the Fine slot.

Suitable for all types of blades, including serrated (using the Coarse stage only).
Coarse diamond slot sets the edge, while the Fine ceramic slot finishes it to perfection.
Ergonomic handle and nonslip base ensure safe sharpening.
Great for right- or left-handed users.

Bought this sharpener to go with the knives but these are said to only need sharpening once a year so not actually used it yet. Knives are of course pre-sharpened and the cutting edge is very keen.
